Instructions:
1. Enter 1, 2 or 3 into the n field if an invalid number is entered an
error message will be displayed, you will not be able to continue until
a valid number is entered.
2. Enter a whole number into the N field if something other than a number is
entered a error message will be displayed, you will not be able to
continue until a valid number is entered.
3. Enter a whole number into the a field if something other than a number is
entered a error message will be displayed, you will not be able to
continue until a valid number is entered.
4. Enter a decimal number into the xLower field if something other than a number is
entered a error message will be displayed, you will not be able to
continue until a valid number is entered.
5. Enter a decimal number into the xUpper field if something other than a number is
entered a error message will be displayed, you will not be able to
continue until a valid number is entered.
6. Enter a decimal number into the error field if something other than a number is
entered a error message will be displayed, you will not be able to
continue until a valid number is entered.
7. Click the calculate button. If any fields are blank or 0 was entered into
any of the fields you will be prompted to enter the missing numbers. If
2 was entered into the n field then the a and N field must be the same sign
(negative or positive) an error will be displayed if they are not.
8. Click the clear button to clear all the fields and to enter new data for
new calculation.
